As an RBT/BT, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA. This role involves direct support in teaching social skills, adaptive behaviors, and communication.
Qualification : RBT certification issued by the BACB (or willingness to complete training).
Pay rate : $20-$30 an hour
The BCBA will oversee treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide direct supervision of RBTs, and ensure that services are delivered ethically and effectively. You will collaborate closely with families, schools, and community partners.
Qualification : BCBA certification issued by the BACB, licensure of state services are provided, adherence to culturally responsive practices, strong communication skills, and commitment to upholding the BACB standards and ethical service delivery.
Pay rate : $90-$100 an hour
A respite care provider offers temporary relief and support to families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role focuses on creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while giving their caregivers a much-needed break.
Qualification : Experience working with children with autism and ability to carry out individualized care strategies.
Pay rate : $18-25 an hour
